Identified - We are aware of an issue that has resulted in deposits being delayed for transactions completed between Friday November, 10, 2017 until Wednesday November, 13, 2017. Our team has identified and addressed the issue, all outstanding deposits will be processed today and deposited by end of day Thursday November, 16, 2017.

Resolved - This issue has now been resolved. Users are now able to send email and text message receipts, complete card payment registrations and reset password requests.

Identified - In addition to being unable to send email and text message receipts we are aware of a related issue that has resulted in users being unable to complete card payment registrations as well as reset PIN & password requests. Our team has identified the issue and we will be taking a short outage at 6:00am ET to address this issue.
